As the Product Manager at Songtrust, the tech division of Downtown Music Publishing, there is a great deal of overlap in responsibilities and features developed. Over time the work I've done with Songtrust has allowed Downtown to maintain a critical edge over competitors in the music industry. By leveraging Songtrust, Downtown Music Publishing has allowed for each client to have a level of high touch white glove service at scale.

Downtown's client dashboard is powered by the Songtrust platform and is continually integrated with the release cycle of Songtrust. The dashboard provides real-time insights, allowing clients to view past, current, and even estimated future royalties. In addition, it allows us to view client activity throughout the site and continually iterate the dashboard to better serve the needs of our clients.

The publishing concierge service allows our clients direct access to our customer support team via the app and desktop site. Through our concierge service we're tracking the most popular areas of the site, most commonly asked questions, and client feedback that all inform the product roadmap.

Internal tools are at the heart of every business and as the Product Manager of Songtrust and Downtown I believe that internal tools can not only help guide the business to make smarter decision but can also help cross team collaboration. Over the years I've managed, developed, and deployed a number of internal tools for Downtown from data driven weekly summary emails, to more complex tools allowing our team to pull large data sets from our various providers.
